Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit. 

 

Your deposit will be taken off the final price of your treatment. 

 

If you would like to reschedule your booking more than 72 hours prior to your appointment, please contact us and we will arrange this for you. 

 

If you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit as a late cancellation fee.

 

Please understand our cancellation policy has only been introduced as we have seen an increase in last minute cancellations in the last few years. It wastes clinic time and takes appointments away from others who would like to book. 

 

To keep it fair our cancellation policy applies to all patients for all reasons.
