What is a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty?
Non-surgical rhinoplasty, often referred to as a "liquid rhinoplasty," is a procedure that uses dermal fillers to alter the shape, structure, or appearance of the nose without surgery. This treatment is ideal for achieving subtle, temporary improvements to their nose shape without the downtime, risks, or permanence of traditional surgical rhinoplasty.
Minimally Invasive: No cutting, stitches, or general anesthesia is required.
Quick Results: Immediate improvements with minimal downtime.
Reversible: If hyaluronic acid fillers are used, they can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if the patient is unhappy with the results.
Temporary: Results last approximately 8–12 months, making it a good option for those who are hesitant about committing to permanent surgery.
Customizable: The procedure can address specific concerns, such as smoothing a bump, lifting the nasal tip, or correcting asymmetry.
Lower Cost: Less expensive than surgical rhinoplasty.

FAQs
How long do the results last?
Typically a non-surgical rhinoplasty lasts around 10-14 months
When Will I See the Results?
The results are apparent immediately, however it will usually take 2 weeks before the filler settles and swelling is completely resolved.
What is the Downtime?
This will vary from person-to-person. Some will have no bruising and very mild swelling that is gone within a day or two, whereas some will have noticeable bruising and slightly more pronounced swelling that can take a few days to fully settle. We would always encourage our patients to plan for the more noticeable outcome.
Will it Hurt and How Long Does it Take?
We use a topical numbing cream prior to injecting which is generally very effective. Whilst you can often still feel a small scratch when being injected, it's a generally very well tolerated procedure. The procedure itself can take between 10-20 minutes depending on complexity.
